Gyeong Metal Day Master 庚

What the Gyeong Metal Day Master means

Gyeong (庚) is rock, ore, and raw iron. The Gyeong Metal Day Master is hard and clear. You weigh right and wrong, push ahead once you decide, and value loyalty. As raw ore, you can look rough before you are refined, but just as ore is smelted by fire (the Officer star) into blades and tools, you grow a great deal through training and hardship. You cannot talk in roundabout ways, so your frankness sometimes hurts people.

Personality and traits

You decide quickly and act clearly. You keep promises and principles and cannot stand injustice. You put facts ahead of feelings, and your blunt way of expressing yourself can seem cold, though your affection runs deep. You dislike losing in competition, and once you turn your back on someone, it is hard to come back.

In love

In love, you go straight ahead. You cannot play push and pull. If you like someone, you say so. Your way of caring is blunt, so a partner who hopes for sweet words may feel let down. Gyeong Metal forms a stem combination with Eul Wood (乙), so there is a pull toward Eul Wood Day Masters. You find balance with someone who wraps you in softness.

Work and career

Work that calls for principle and decisiveness suits you: the military and police, law, medicine, machinery, metalwork, sports, and technical jobs. You are strong in roles that set discipline in an organization and break through a crisis. For work that needs flexible negotiation, it helps to pair up with a suitable person.

Things to watch

Your words come out hard, and it is easy to make enemies. Even a right thing gets through better when you choose the time and the way. Traditionally, the lungs and respiratory tract, skin, and bones are the areas to look after.

Gyeong Metal women

Gyeong Metal women are confident and loyal. They say what needs saying and deliver clear results at work. In love, they approach with sincerity rather than charm, and pretending to be soft is hard for them. They are comfortable with someone who likes them as they are.

Gyeong Metal men

Gyeong Metal men are upright and carry a great sense of responsibility. They protect the weak and do not back down in the face of injustice. Their blunt way of expressing themselves is easy to misread, so practicing saying thank you out loud can change a relationship.
